- Dedicate 2-3 hours a week to guide their mentees toward specific career prospects over six months.
- They assist students in choosing their vocation by fostering self-discovery, assessing interests and strengths, and offering insights and expertise.
- Mentors also serve as career coaches, helping mentees chart a path to success through goal- setting, skill development, and networking advice.

- Dedicate 2-3 hours a week to learn from your mentors in your designated fields that will help in specific career prospects over six months.
- Mentees are expected to dedicate time to interact with their mentors, engaging in discussions about their career aspirations, interests, and areas of growth.
Be a Volunteer

In Project Disha, Bharat, volunteers have to:
- Dedicate 6 hours a day during the month of the event to help setup a great event.
- Support the mentors and other volunteers in executing a successful event for the mentees, maximising their satisfaction.
