Project Disha, Bharat is a social initiative that aims to inspire children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds to find their passion. Every child, regardless of their economic background, deserves the opportunity to dream big and pursue their dream careers. We aim to ignite their curiosity and encourage the exploration of this rich tapestry of careers.
We are achieving this through:
Introducing future mentees to the project
- Implementing a mentorship program wherein each child is assigned an expert in their designated profession.
- Mentors provide personalized guidance by sharing insights, offering advice, and providing support in all areas.
- Exposing these children to various job opportunities, past the narrow range of options they are usually presented.
